Using 4G/LTE on CHIGEE AIO-6 LTE

Subscription to Chigee Global

When using the Chigee AIO-6 LTE device, the 4G functionality requires an active subscription with the manufacturer. This applies whether you use the supplied SIM card or a local SIM card from another provider.

• Price per year: 50 USD for 5 GB data
• Price per 180 days: 30 USD for 3 GB data
• First 180 days are free and include 2 GB data (from the activation date)
• Payment for subscription and data top-up is done via the app CHIGEE GO

This subscription covers access to Chigee's cloud-based services needed to use core 4G features like:

• Real-time GPS tracking
• Live streaming video and audio
• Communication between app and device
• Synchronisation of driving data and events

SIM card included

The device comes with an international SIM card that works in much of Europe and some other regions.

The supplied SIM card is included:

• Free subscription for the first 180 days, including 2 GB data
• Coverage in the following countries in Europe:
  Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria

Cancellation of subscription

If the subscription is not paid, the LTE function on the device will be suspended and all features that require 4G will cease to function. If the subscription is not reactivated within 12 months, the SIM card will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reopened. The device will lose the ability to use the LTE network indefinitely.

Using a Danish SIM card

We are working on offering a Danish SIM card as an alternative to the supplied SIM card. However, the following important caveats apply:

• Price: 99 DKK per month for 1 GB data throughout Europe - no strings attached (can be cancelled without notice)
• You still need to pay subscription to Chigee Global to use the LTE features of the device.
• Without payment, 4G functionality (including GPS tracking and remote access) will not work - not even with a Danish SIM card.

Select Chigee AIO-6 MAX as an alternative

If you don't want to use LTE or pay the subscription fee, we recommend the model AIO-6 Maxwhich does not have 4G functionality and therefore does not require a subscription.
