Return instructions

When returning your device to us, it is important to ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. To avoid damage during transport, we recommend that you use the original packaging, if available, or other sturdy packaging that protects the product from shock and pressure.

Before returning the device, please check the following:

• Cleaning: The device must be clean and free of dust, dirt or other impurities.
• Accessories: Remember to include all relevant accessories, such as chargers, cables and other included parts, unless otherwise agreed.
• Return note: Attach a copy of the order confirmation and the completed return form that you received by email so we can process your return faster.
• Shipping method: We recommend sending the parcel with a trackable shipping method so you can track the return and ensure it arrives.

Once we have received and reviewed your returned device, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not fulfil our return policy.
